Power Your Performance Aerial Clinic at New Hope Gymnastics

Join USA Surfing coach Courtney Conlogue and New Hope Academy for a special training opportunity.

New Hope Gymnastics coaches Jordan and Karissa Thoma worked with Courtney Conlogue and developed a training program tailored to the unique nature of aerial surfing and overall surf performance. To meet demand, USA Surfing will offer two, 2-hour sessions each day: April 9 and 10.

April 9th

Session 1: 8:00 -10:00 am

Session 2: 10:45 am — 12:45 pm

April 10th

Session 3: 8:00 -10:00 am

Session 4: 10:45 am — 12:45 pm

This workshop is created to give you the tools and training to elevate your above the lip surfing. You will gain confidence, enhance your body awareness and learn the body dynamics for aerial control. The workshop will also give you ways to continue your progression in future training.

Throughout the workshop you will be working with a lot of different equipment such as foam pit, tumble track, and trampoline. Be ready to go sky high!

The cost is $185 per 2-hour session per surfer. Surfers can sign up for more than one session; however depending on space we may need to limit doubling up to allow all surfers the opportunity to participate. You must be a current member of USA Surfing to participate.

This is an excellent and necessary workshop for all athletes that want to improve overall performance, increase a better understanding of body positioning and air awareness, and improve aerial maneuvers. An amazing mind and body development program.
